Energizing Coriander Cucumber Juice for Detoxification!

Cucumber contains both antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, which helps in regular detoxification. Moreover, cucumbers are diuretics that aid to avoid water retention. This Coriander cucumber juice makes a perfect refreshing drink and gives you the cool.

  • 1 bunch Coriander
  • 1/2 nos Cucumber

Method:

  1. Get a juicer or blender and blend everything together
  2. Add little black pepper to taste
  3. Salt is optional

      The perfect time for taking vegetable juices is usually before breakfast. This way your body gets to absorb all the nutrients of your juice better and quicker. For weight loss or to just derive the nutrients of your healthy juices, try to have them half an hour before your breakfast.

  • If I dont use d juicer just d mixer fr cucumber coriarder juice do I need to add water and can I add mint instead of coriander.
