Ingredients to Make Vegetable Stew

  • 150 gm Carrots
  • 100 gm French beans
  • 100 gm Cauliflower
  • 100 gm Peas
  • 150 gm Potatoes
  • 3 gm Cinnamon stick
  • 4-5 Cardamom
  • 10 gm Ginger
  • 100 gm Onion
  • 5 gm Fennel Powder
  • 2 gm Garam masala
  • 2 sprigs Curry leaves
  • 300 ml Coconut milk
  • 30 ml Vegetable oil
  • Rock salt to taste

Recipe to Make Vegetable Stew

  1. Heat the oil, add the chopped onions, ginger, curry leaves, and green chilies.
  2. Add the whole spices, boiled vegetables and shake well.
  3. Add water, turmeric, coconut milk, salt, fennel powder, garam masala and boil it.
